Steel Plant
FTS covers the full steel plant value chain — Iron Making (DRI, Blast Furnace, Ferro Alloy, Pelletizing & Sintering, Coal Dust Pulverization & Injection, De-sulphurization of pig iron, Coke Oven battery, Coke Oven By-Product Plant, Coke Dry Quenching), Steel Making (SMS with CCM), and Rolling Mills. Our engineering teams have supported raw material handling, process building, and structural design for some of India's largest integrated steel producers.
Mining & Minerals
FTS delivers crushing, screening, conveying and beneficiation engineering for iron ore and non-ferrous ore, along with coal conveying and washery systems. Our scope runs from pre-bid system study through detail engineering, procurement support and site supervision on live mining and beneficiation projects.
Bulk Material Handling
Bulk Materials Handling Systems (BMHS) is a core FTS Group capability — from pre-bid engineering and tender documentation through basic & detail engineering, procurement & supply, and site supervision of cold testing, hot trials and commissioning. We design and supply specialized equipment including feeders, weigh machines, shuttle conveyors, stackers and reclaimers.
Non-Ferrous Processing
FTS engineers non-ferrous metal processing plants, including specialized conveying and handling systems for alumina and other non-ferrous ore. We support crushing, screening, conveying and beneficiation for aluminium, copper and zinc operations under our Non-Ferrous Industry expertise.
Cement Plant
For cement plants, FTS provides input and output material handling engineering — covering raw material feed systems through finished-product handling and conveying, drawing on our broader bulk material handling and pneumatic conveying experience.
Chemical Process Plants
