FTS covers the full steel plant value chain — Iron Making (DRI, Blast Furnace, Ferro Alloy, Pelletizing & Sintering, Coal Dust Pulverization & Injection, De-sulphurization, Coke Oven, Coke Dry Quenching), Steel Making (SMS with CCM), and Rolling Mills. Our teams have supported raw material handling, process buildings, and structural design for some of India's largest integrated steel producers.
FTS delivers crushing, screening, conveying and beneficiation engineering for iron ore and non-ferrous ore, along with coal conveying and washery systems. Our scope runs from pre-bid system study through detail engineering, procurement support and site supervision on live mining and beneficiation projects.
Bulk Materials Handling Systems (BMHS) is a core FTS Group capability — from pre-bid engineering and tender documentation through basic & detail engineering, procurement & supply, and site supervision. We design and supply specialised equipment including feeders, weigh machines, shuttle conveyors, stackers and reclaimers.
FTS engineers non-ferrous metal processing plants, including specialised conveying and handling systems for alumina and other non-ferrous ore. We support crushing, screening, conveying and beneficiation for aluminium, copper and zinc operations.
For cement plants, FTS provides input and output material handling engineering — covering raw material feed systems through finished-product handling and conveying, drawing on our broader bulk material handling and pneumatic conveying experience.
FTS's Chemical & Process Plants expertise spans beneficiation facilities, Coke Oven By-Product plants, Coal Washery systems and desalination — process engineering disciplines that sit alongside our steel and mining sector work.
