Mechanical / Iron Making Dry Gas Cleaning Plant for Mini Blast Furnace
Complete design and supply of a dry gas cleaning plant (Dry GCP) for a mini blast furnace. Scope covered dust removal, gas cooling, and filtration equipment sized for continuous, high-temperature furnace off-gas duty — reducing emissions while recovering clean gas for downstream reuse. FTS handled equipment sizing, layout engineering, and supply coordination end to end.
Electrical / International 230kV Substation — Main Equipment Package
Design, supply, and site supervision of main equipment for a 230kV substation for AISCO in Angola — one of FTS's landmark African assignments. Scope spanned power transformers, switchgear, protection systems, and control infrastructure, delivered with on-site supervision to ensure compliance with international power system standards.
Process / Material Handling 1.2 MTPA Pellet Plant — Total Engineering Package
Total engineering package for a 1.2 million tonne per annum pellet production facility for NMDC at Donimalai. FTS delivered process design, equipment specification, material handling system engineering, and automation integration for the complete plant — from concept through to a construction-ready engineering package.
EPC / Iron Making Mini Blast Furnace — Basic Engineering to Commissioning
Comprehensive design, engineering, and project management for a mini blast furnace installation, spanning basic engineering through to commissioning support. FTS also provided ongoing site services for the BF at PMCL, coordinating civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines through to hot commissioning.
